Reform of TUPE 2006

From 31st January 2014 key changes to the 2006 TUPE regulations come into effect. The changes are being introduced by the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
The changes go some way towards helping employers cope better with the problematic aspects of TUPE and with handling collective redundancy consultations. For more information contact us
